Healing from narcissistic or emotionally limited parenting isn’t an easy path, but you don’t have to walk it alone.
I built Mayhem Daughters for you... the women who listen to the podcast, nod along, and think: “I wish I had people I could talk about this with.”
This is that place.
Mayhem Daughters is a structured, trauma-informed environment where real healing happens in connection.
It’s not about endlessly processing what happened to you. It’s about learning how to live beyond it, with structure, safety, and support.
Inside Mayhem Daughters, you’ll be supported, witnessed, and invited to practice new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
Because healing doesn’t just happen here. It’s practiced here.
Mayhem Daughters is an intentional space. It's off social media, free of noise, algorithms, and performance.
It's a space where daughters can exhale. Here, you can share where you're at, what hurts, what feels hard to hold, and what you're learning. Other daughters will meet you there with empathy and understanding, and I'll be alongside you with guidance, perspective, and support.
This isn't a space to scroll and disappear. It's a place to connect, reflect, practice, and grow alongside women who understand.
You'll connect through conversations, posts, and shared experiences with other daughters who understand. This isn't a space for venting and disappearing. It's a space to be witnessed, ask questions, explore what healing looks like in real time, and receive support from both the community and me along the way.
Our healing library breaks the work of recovery into accessible, practical pieces. You'll find articles, tools, and practices that help you regulate your nervous system, strengthen self-trust, and move from trauma brain to wise mind, so the insights you're gaining can become part of how you live.
Every week, members are invited to Thursday Night Mayhem, our live community gathering where healing becomes practice. Together, we explore meaningful themes, build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and support one another in real time.
You'll also find community workshops, discussion circles, Journal Club, special events, and priority access to future retreats and in-person gatherings, all designed to help you connect, grow, and integrate what you're learning.
You'll find reflection prompts, shared practices, and thoughtful conversations woven throughout the community. Through community discussions, Thursday Night Mayhem, and the Ask Heather space, you'll receive guidance, perspective, and support as you navigate your healing in real time.
Many of these conversations happen publicly so everyone can learn, grow, and benefit from the collective wisdom of the community.
Mayhem continues to evolve as daughters come together to practice new skills, deepen connection, and support one another in real time. What began as a podcast has grown into a living community, and we're just getting started.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we come together with safety, structure, and compassion to practice new ways of being. Mayhem Daughters is where you learn to do that.
Emotional safety is the foundation of everything we do.
We don’t encourage trauma dumping or getting stuck in the past. We witness, reflect, and move forward together.
This is a space where daughters can be honest about what happened while learning new ways of relating to themselves, their emotions, and their lives.
